Best spaghetti and meatballs you could ever eat. Super friendly and fast service, and very inexpensive. I've been coming here for 10+ years, and although I've moved away, I still come here every time I'm in town. Love this place.

Loved the place and the spaghetti and meatballs. My girlfriend and I were driving from Wilkes Barre to Rochester and stopped in for dinner and were very happy with the food and the unique atmosphere. She really loved the lighting fixture too!

I have been going there for my Spaghetti and Meatballs since the 1960's, and the best part is they haven't changed the recipe since. Least not that I can taste. Why mess with a good thing. Others come and go, Because they think they want bigger and better. Not the Manzari's, they keep it simple, few changes in decore. No changes in menu. Same small pool table, same friendly atmosphere. All thanks to the Manzari's.Great Job.

Loved this little place. Limited menu but tasty food!

I really liked the atmosphere of the place, however my meatball sandwich was more of a tomato soup with two pieces of bread (soggy by the time it got to me) and two decent meatballs, which I did end up eating.

Friendly, relaxing place! Great service along with the best pasta in town!!! If you're lucky, you may even be interviewed by a very special gentleman, The Vito!!! Manga! 🤣

If you like spaghetti and meatballs, hate to spend a fortune, and want fast service, head to Manzari's! Quaint neighborhood joint where you simply say, "I'll have a plate", and they know you mean spaghetti and meatballs. They allow the meatballs to simmer in the sauce to flavor the sauce, and the meatballs are delicious. Same recipe for years and years now, and it's yummy! Affordable too! And, I'm a cheapskate :-)

An Italian dinner for Italians. Being a great cook myself means I do not pay anyone to feed me substandard pasta. But, I gladly part with my money here.

MANZARI'S SPAGHETTI is a delicious, tradition in ELMIRA NY. I have enjoyed it for nearly 60 years. A family owned neighborhood tavern, where friends meet and talk, cops stop for dinner, sports on the TV, friendly staff. Just a simple but delightful experience.

We were trying to quickly find a place for lunch and saw this place had amazing reviews so without even looking into them we decided to try it out. The outside and inside doesn't look like much and if the guy behind the bar didn't walk over to us right away we might have walked out.The very friendly gentleman walked over and knew right away we have never been there before and explained they had a limited menu, which consisted of spaghetti and meatballs or a meatball sandwich. We thought what the heck and decided to try the meatball sandwich. Soon after he brings us our order and we were both pleasantly surprised. These sandwiches rocked!!! You have to eat them with a fork and knife because they are covered in an amazing sauce but it was worth it. The 2 sandwiches and two diet sodas came to like $16 dollars, what a steal!!!This is the reason my friends, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!!!

Excellent spaghetti and meatballs! One of the best in the area. Very inexpensive too.It's a bar - and there's no waiters/waitresses - so you have to wait for the bartender to visit you.Very limited seating.Food is worth the wait.

Such a treasure to find on our random stay over in Elmira! Our 3 boys ended up licking their plates clean and that's a rare treat for this momma! Thanks for making us feel so welcome right from stepping through the door!

A friend of mine lives this way, we came in here on my last visit. I had a good time with the locals who were very nice to me.

Food was very good & service was good also. Not sure if they had anything but spaghetti. We ordered it because everyone with us did.
